Connect OpenBoxes Lift to the rest of your stack

Two things connect today: the REST API and signed webhooks. Everything else on this page is either being built or would start when someone asks for it — and this page says which, honestly, for each one.

What "coming soon" means here: we are building it and it is not available yet. We do not publish dates, quarters or months, and nothing is promised for a particular day.

Available today

Both are on every plan, including the free trial.

Two more things are real and on every plan but are not integrations, so they are not cards here: third-party sign-in on your instance login page (Google, Microsoft and GitHub — individual sign-in, not organization SSO/SAML), and the one-time data import we run when you move onto Lift.

REST API

Read and write products, stock, orders and shipments with an API key.

Stock alerts will be included on every plan

When alerts arrive they are part of the plan you are already on — there is no alerts add-on to buy, on any tier. The first release is an email you opt into: a daily check for stock below minimum or nearing expiry, sent to the account owner and the teammates they choose. A weekly summary, and sending to Slack, Microsoft Teams or PagerDuty, come after it.

One thing to know: the low-stock half reads the minimum and reorder levels you already set in OpenBoxes, so a product with no minimum set is never flagged as low. Lift adds no second place to configure them. The nearing-expiry half does not depend on those levels.

Today, OpenBoxes shows low stock in the app — minimum, reorder and maximum levels per product and location, the Reorder Report, and the dashboard's Below reorder and Below minimum groupings. What does not exist yet is the notification: no email, Slack message or webhook fires when stock crosses a threshold.

Room to grow, without changing plan

If an integration pushes you past what your plan includes, you add capacity from the portal rather than migrating anywhere.

More users

User packs on Shared and Dedicated, added and removed from the portal.

More storage

Storage bands on Shared and Dedicated; a Dedicated band resizes online.

More API capacity

Higher hourly API allowances on Shared and on Dedicated.

Longer backup retention

Keep daily backups beyond the 30 days Shared and Dedicated include. Sold on Shared; on Dedicated, backups are kept 30 days and a longer period is not sold yet.

Priority Support

An 8-business-hour first-response target on the in-portal chat — a target, not a guarantee. Purchasable on Shared; included at no extra cost on Dedicated and Enterprise.

Staging days

A copy of your live instance to test against, metered in days. Dedicated only; Enterprise includes some each month.

Every price is on the pricing page, per plan.

Demand decides what we build next

Both routes reach the same list. Neither of them is a queue you wait in.
