Give OpenBoxes a Try

Get instant access to a live OpenBoxes instance. Enter your email and we'll send you login credentials.

The demo includes the AI assistant. Ask it about the sample stock, up to 5 questions a day (visitors on the same network share that limit), and confirm up to 3 draft stock requests a day. It does not change stock on the demo.

No account needed. Credentials are sent to your email.

If analytics is enabled for your visit, we'll associate your browsing on this site with your request so we can respond knowledgeably. We also measure how you use the demo itself (screens visited and session times, linked to your request), and the demo instance uses FullStory session replay, which records how your demo visit unfolds: clicks, navigation, and the demo's screen contents: the shared sample dataset, including anything you or other visitors enter into the demo before its daily reset. If you use the AI assistant in the demo, your questions and its answers are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, and we keep them for 7 days; session replay may also record your use of it. Replay sessions are not tied to your identity beyond that usage measurement; see our privacy policy.

What matters most in an inventory system for you?

Deep features and granularity, or simplicity and fast workflows? Tell us what you're weighing, and ask how the demo maps to your day-to-day.
