ERP connectors for OpenBoxes Lift
We are building connectors between OpenBoxes Lift and four ERPs: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One and Odoo. Your ERP stays your system for purchasing and accounting, OpenBoxes runs the warehouse, and each record is owned by one side only. When they arrive, ERP connections will be included in the plan price on the Dedicated and Enterprise plans. They will not be offered on the Shared plan.

Who it is for
An organization that buys through one of these four ERPs and runs its warehouse in OpenBoxes.
Your purchase orders and suppliers live in your ERP, and stock is received in OpenBoxes. Someone types the same products, orders and receipts into both systems. Your finance team needs the ERP to show what the warehouse actually received. You run Business Central online (not on-premises), NetSuite, SAP Business One, or Odoo with its Inventory app, on Odoo.sh, your own server or an Odoo Online plan that includes the external API.

Your ERP's items kept up to date in OpenBoxes as products. You keep changing them in your ERP.
Purchase orders to receive against
Purchase orders from your ERP, ready to receive against in OpenBoxes.
Receipts back to your ERP
What you receive in OpenBoxes, sent back to your ERP as a receipt against that purchase order.
Stock adjustments back to your ERP
Stock adjustments made in OpenBoxes, sent to your ERP as its own inventory adjustments.
Locations and suppliers matched
Your OpenBoxes locations and suppliers matched to your ERP's warehouses and vendors when you set the connector up.
A daily stock comparison
Stock on hand in OpenBoxes and in your ERP compared once a day, location by location.
What you can do today
There is no ERP connector today. What you can use instead:

Nothing connects to Business Central, NetSuite, SAP Business One or Odoo today, and nothing keeps OpenBoxes and an ERP in step for you.
